A client is looking for an Executive Support Specialist to be on-site 5 days a week at their office in Newark, California. This person will be the dedicated support specialist for the executive leadership team (Sr Directors, VPs, C-Suites). This person will need to be a high-level technical support resource who can serve as an immediate escalation point for all support issues.
Qualifications:
* Experience with escalated, L3-level support
* Experience working with executives and the ability to communicate flawlessly with technical and non-technical staff
* Experience troubleshooting and remediating desktop OS, application, and network issues
* Experience with a ticketing system like Jira or Service Now
* Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
